Staff is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Every employee delivered excellent service during my stay.

The resort is beautifully landscaped and offers lots of games. Location is fantastic: on the beach, next to biking path, and conveniently located in-between attractions on the North and South sides of the island. I really like that the resort is not too big, so it doesn't feel overcrowded.

Pona Kai offers the perfect location to stay situated in between the North Shore and the South Shore. The grounds are well kept and the proximity to the multi-purpose path which we walked on each day was wonderful. The staff always smiled when you saw them and when I needed to request housekeeping they were prompt and courteous as well. We'll definitely be back!
